Pricing & Payment

• All prices listed on the Site are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Orders will be billed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

   

• Payment can be made through available secure payment gateways on the Site.

   

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via trusted courier partners.

   

• Delivery timelines vary based on location (generally 5–10 business days within India).

   

• Mehak Candles is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

   

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.

   

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

• No returns are accepted as candles are custom-made and perishable.

   

• Replacements are only available if the product is received damaged or broken.

   

• To qualify for replacement, a complete unboxing video (from start to finish) must be shared within 24 hours of delivery. Without this, replacements cannot be processed.

   

• Refunds will only be provided if a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability.

Intellectual Property
